1 kg of shrimp deveined 1 teaspoon
of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon salt

Mix well then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

In a wok, heat oil, then enter the shrimp and drain.

Sauté in a little oil, green onion, garlic and a piece of chopped ginger. Add the shrimp, mix well.
Pour the tea infusion and thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch.

Serve in a dish, garnish with the tea leaves.
