fermented tofu "tofu Moi"

2 kg veal shanks
8 large cubes of spicy fermented tofu and green onion nature

Mei Kuei Lu Soyou
(alcohol pink)


Brush the veal shanks soyou.
In a pressure cooker, brown the veal shanks with oil, garlic and white onions chopped.
Add cubed tofu fermented Mei Kuei Lu and
Sauté a little and then add water. Adjust seasoning with chicken bouillon cube or powder.

Simmer 20 minutes.
After this time, simmer another 10 minutes uncovered until the meat is soft and creamy.
