Tofu stuffed rice cake





2 box of tofu (green box)
500 g fish stuffing
a dried tangerine skin

green onions 1 small piece of dried salted fish





Chop skin mandarin orange and a piece of salted fish.
Chop green onions.
In a bowl, combine the fish stuffing, then add green onions, mandarin skin and salted fish. Mix well.

Cut tofu into cubes.


Stuff them.



In a skillet, put a little oil and then seize the pieces of tofu stuffed with stuffing first side, until golden brown and then return. Book.


When all pieces are fried, put in pan and pour a bowl of water with a little salt. Simmer 10 minutes, until it is cooked.
Thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch and a few drops of soyou.
