
a duck or duck legs
2 tbsp of "Men Chi" (Bean Sauce)
sliced green onions, sliced ginger
a dried tangerine skin
3 tbsp of rice alcohol
2 green peppers 1 package bean sprouts
Brush duck with soyou clear.
In a skillet, brown the duck.

In a pan, put a little oil and saute the scallions, ginger, "Men chi", the skin of mandarin, rice alcohol. Place the duck on it and add water to half of the duck.

Simmer 3 / 4 of an hour, until well cooked.
